I know how important reviews are, and Eastside smiles are definitely earned mine! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so kind and professional. Dr. Drake and her son (who was my dentist) went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and cared for, and the whole office has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Since I work for a company that thrives on Google reviews, I know the value of great service. And this team truly deserves all five stars! I would give them 10 if I could. Thank you Dr Drake and team for helping me through my process!!

This place is amazing! I called because I chipped a tooth over the weekend. Danielle (who answered the phone) went above and beyond! My Medicaid is pending, but she took the time to verify the information to ensure I could be seen the next day without having final approval! She didn't just shun me and tell me she couldn't help until I had Medicaid approval. She explained everything so well, made me feel absolutely at ease, and mostly like I matter and I wasn't just another number to this dentist office. I have truly never had an experience this great at any dentist or physicians office in my life. Highly recommend this place! Can't wait to have my immense tooth pain taken care of tomorrow!!!

I just finished up my first appointment with East Side Smiles, This is the best dentistry appointment I have ever had. My Dentist was so very calm and collected, and I felt very safe in the environment despite preexisting fears, She set up some meditative music for me, and had me leaving so confident in myself! I will 100% be coming back for another appointment.

I couldn't have been more pleased. These folks showed more gentleness, kindness, and courtesy than I've ever experienced before at a dental office! The building and the location also surpassed my expectations. I will be recommending East side Smiles of Sioux Falls to everyone I know. I'm so...
